Phil really knows what hes doing. I wanted to sell a home ive had as a rental property for many years. With a few pointers he had me list it higher than I anticipated, and skillfully helped me sort through the offers and pick one that was right. Philip was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home. Not only was he able to find me a home minutes from my place of business, he was able to negotiate over twenty thousand off the price, despite multiple offers! Best part of all, he was able to find me a home with a pool which was almost impossible to find at the time!

Phil was an exceptional agent. My wife and I were purchasing our first home, and Phil was extremely knowledgeable with all the processes we needed to follow. He made first-time buying far less stressful than it could be and made the experience an enjoyable one. It is important to note we purchased our home during Spring 2021, in Greenville County, amid the housing boom. Buyers had to rush to viewings the day they were posted, and often provide an offer by that same evening. Whenever we were ready to run to a viewing, Phil was right there with us. I highly recommend his services.
